The Occupational Health and Safety Center LLC offers services related to health and safety at work, as follows:
1- Basic medical check-up;
2-Individual examinations;
3- Completion of the "Declaration for reconciliation of the person's health condition with the work performed", at the end of the professional medical visit, where the degree of compatibility of the employee's health condition with the work to be performed is indicated, as well as special notes and recommendations for the employer;
4- Determines the type of professional medical examination to be performed;
Refers to an employee having to undergo additional professional medical examinations. During each professional medical visit, the occupational doctor requests, if deemed necessary, additional information from the employee's family doctor, who is subject to a professional medical examination, in order to complete the information in the "Labor Health Control Report". If the results obtained from the professional medical examination are not sufficient to determine the adaptation of the employee's health condition to the work to be performed, the work doctor sends the employee to other specialist doctors, for the performance of the professional medical examination.
If, during the professional medical examination at work, an illness is diagnosed that is not related to work and that has not been diagnosed or treated before, the work doctor refers the employee for further follow-up by the family doctor. The new diagnosis and the results of the performed examinations are documented and kept by the occupational physician;
5- The occupational doctor recommends in the occupational health card the mandatory use of collective and individual means of protection, as well as special measures for the protection of the employee's health in the workplace. If it is declared that the state of health of an employee is not suitable for the work to be performed, the occupational doctor acts as follows:
a) Describes medical treatment, gives recommendations for rehabilitation and ongoing follow-up, according to the provisions of the legislation in force on accidents at work and occupational medicine, implementing the referral system of health care at work;
b) If necessary, sends the employee for check-up to the family doctor/other specialist doctor for treatment outside the institution, according to the health care referral system.
6- Recommends the necessary measures for protection at work.
7- Recommends the appropriate time for performing additional medical examinations after the completion of a treatment, in order to assess whether health problems, caused by harmful factors of the work environment or health problems, which have caused an accident or occupational disease, are eliminated and the employee's health condition adapts to the work to be performed. Employees, who are exposed or have been exposed to risk factors at the workplace and suspect an occupational disease, may request a specialized occupational health check-up by the occupational doctor/occupational disease doctor or specialist doctors others, according to the provisions of the legislation in force on this matter.
