About us

Center of Occupational Medicine sh.pk, known by the trade name Wellness Albania Clinic, has been operating in the Albanian market for many years. We offer professional services related to safety and health in the workplace, starting from the document of risk assessment, cartelization of employees, checkup in the workplace, and other services, regardless of the number of employees or the category of risk they face. are exhibited, from the lowest to the highest.

Wellness Albania Clinic has a long experience in the labor market and has for many years had successful collaborations with various and prestigious companies, including large national projects. Also, we have cooperation agreements with all private insurance companies in Albania and offer customized products.

All our services are standardized based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications.

We are based on the obligation of every public and private entity to offer every employee a work doctor service, as provided in VKM no. 632 dt. 15/07/2015, VKM no. 639, dt. 07/09/2016, VKM 596, dt. 04/09/2019, based on law no. 10237, dt. 18/02/2010, "On the skills that must be completed by employees, persons and specialized services, dealing with issues of safety and health at work".

 

According to this obligation, we ensure that the company's doctor performs the necessary checks for each employee in accordance with the legislation in force. This includes the cartelization of employees, periodic visits, check-ups in the clinic and at the workplace, as well as cases when the employer announces the need for the necessary controls for the employee.

The facility of the Occupational Medicine Center

The object of the Occupational Medicine Center is based on the obligation of every entity to offer every employee the service of an occupational doctor, provided for in law no. 10237 "On the qualifications that must be met by employees, persons and specialized services that deal with issues of safety and health at work", article 23, point 1. "Each employer of a public or private entity, local or foreign, is obliged to cover with medical service, through the occupational doctor, suitable for the risks that represents the workplace".
